As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will make an impact by supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) Launch Readiness Team, ensuring that tools, processes, and strategies are aligned with business goals, progressing on schedule, and effectively communicated to delivery teams. You will be a valued member of the ADM team and manage multiple cross-functional projects and programs that impact the full GTM lifecycle for products, solutions, and sales policies.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, track, and report on Go-To-Market Readiness projects to ensure successful completion.
- Classify inbound launches and assign to appropriate leads based on prioritization rubrics.
- Drive creation and maintenance of project artifacts (e.g., requirements, timelines, budgets, risk assessments).
- Improve and document business processes and training materials.
- Track and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and team operations.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to align on business needs.

What you need to have to be considered
- Experience in project management of cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with Product Go-To-Market principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing tools and knowledge of SLA, SLO, and KRO.
- Experience conducting quality audits and creating WBRs/MBRs.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
