Who We Are:
This role is part of the Global CSS VA Capability Hub and focuses on supporting both the VA Real Estate and Workplace Business Partners with daily tasks, along with provisioning cross-functional support. At Accenture, the VA Real Estate and Workplace team is primarily dedicated to discovering, analyzing, and properly managing real property leases associated with Accenture's acquisitions. This includes evaluating retained locations for compliance with Accenture's Operational, Environmental, Life Safety, and Security standards, as well as determining the appropriate assessment and disposition (retain or exit) of acquired corporate function roles.
The CSS Global VA REWP Specialist role is a global position that involves supporting the VA Real Estate and Workplace Business Partners with acquisition management, operational and admin tasks throughout the entire deal lifecycle (from Due Diligence through Post-Merger Integration). It also includes supporting the successful implementation of Accenture processes and tools in
retained locations and supporting the provision of resources for acquired employees relocating to existing Accenture offices.
As the VA REWP Specialist, you will:
Become a trusted team member by demonstrating growth potential and expanding your business knowledge and acumen.
Act as a knowledge resource and mentor for junior REWP team members.
Manage and update data using collaboration tools like SharePoint and MS Teams channels.
Assist in the collation of Due Diligence (DD) documents and access virtual data rooms (VDRs) to support assessment and lease abstractions.
Support Post-Merger Integration (PMI) activities under the direction of the VA REWP Business Partner/Team.
Create reports, update trackers, and draft communications to provide insights to leadership and key stakeholders within the REWP landscape.
Assist with all VA REWP team tasks, including presentations, data analysis, and special projects.
Collaborate closely with the VA REWP Business Partners/team to engage with acquired employees, project managers, HR, and leadership, while appreciating diverse cultural backgrounds.
Collaborate cross-functionally, embracing exposure to wider VA functional and cross-functional activities as part of our new CSS VA Capability Hub.
Work with CSS VA Capability Hub team members to share knowledge and insights gained from VA REWP Market Unit teams, translating this into overall VA cross-functional data.
What you will need:
Experience in managing key deliverables within specified timeframes.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization/time management skills.
Experience working with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate on challenges and offer solutions, or escalate issues as appropriate.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change; Flexibility.
Demonstrate an open mindset, willing to understand different work cultures while being able to offer support.
Experience in stakeholder management.
