How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Analyst, Financial Planning will join the team to support the overall Latam streaming organization, collaborating in the preparation of fiscal year budgets, long term plans and monthly/quarterly projections, coordinating financial processes with controllership and accounting, and providing business analysis as needed.
The Analyst, Financial Planning will be responsible for:
- Supporting the preparation and consolidation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans for the DTC business.
- Uploading financial figures into the planning model.
- Reviewing actuals and submitting accrual requests.
- Owning the definition of accounting codes and collaborating with internal business partners to ensure content costs and marketing expenses are properly accounted for in SAP.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Controllership and Accounting teams to ensure financial statements accurately reflect results and comply with policies.
- Communicating regularly with budget owners to ensure plans reflect the most current strategies and information.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or related roles.
- Degree/ advanced students in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Familiarity with SAP, Cognos, or similar database management tools is a plus.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Upper intermediate level of English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and resolve challenges efficiently without compromising quality.
