Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Analyst, Collections LATAMC to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Propósito
Gestionar funciones específicas del área financiera vinculadas al análisis, reconciliación y aplicación de pagos de cuentas internacionales, asegurando una correcta imputación de pagos y minimizando saldos sin aplicar. Además, realizar ajustes y conciliaciones de percepciones de impuestos (retenciones) y de IVA (cuando corresponda), incluyendo imputaciones y otros ajustes contables. El rol también incluye la asignación de cuentas específicas para gestión de cobranzas, contacto directo con franquiciados y conciliaciones de cuenta.
Principales funciones y responsabilidades
- Seguimiento, Identificación, análisis, conciliación e imputación de pagos internacionales, incluyendo diferencias por tipo de cambio
- Validación de alícuotas de retenciones, según el país que corresponda, y procesamiento de ajustes correspondientes
- Apoyo en el envío de facturas y saldos de deuda a los franquiciados
Educación y experiencia
- Título universitario o carrera en curso: Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín
- 1 a 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares dentro de áreas de cobranzas, cuentas por cobrar
- Nivel intermedio de inglés. Portugués es un plus
- Nivel intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y VLOOKUP deseable)
- Experiencia trabajando con clientes internos y externos, idealmente en entornos regionales o multiculturales
- Conocimiento de retenciones fiscales e impuestos locales en países de América Latina es un plus
