As the TikTok Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through TikTok Advertising solutions. You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives who will report directly to you. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to drive TikTok Advertising sales while maintaining and nurturing strong client & partner relationshipsThe ideal candidate is charismatic, ambitious, and internally driven with an attention to detail. Must be an outstanding public speaker and a natural “storyteller”.
Main Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in TikTok Advertising products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and advertising agencies, understanding their business needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Revenue Growth: Set and achieve revenue targets for your team, continually monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Client Relationship Building: Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in using data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Market Insight: A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including knowledge of competitors and emerging trends.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in digital advertising.
- TikTok Advertising Certification: Certification in TikTok Advertising (e.g., TikTok Certification) is a plus.
Education:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration. MBA will be a plus.
- Fluent in English.
