Salary:
- Stable weekly pay (base pay + commission)
- Earn $325 USD during a short 2-week training period. After training make $360 USD per week plus monthly commission.
Mission of the Role:
The mission of the Sales Representative at Detail Cleaning Services is to handle warm leads (inbound and follow-ups), build strong relationships with customers, and guide them toward booking our cleaning services.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of persuasive and clear interactions with potential and existing clients.
- Proven sales acumen with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Effective time management to balance lead follow-up, client interaction, and sales closure.
- People-focused approach to sales with a knack for building long-term relationships.
- Problem-solver, confident in making decisions even without having all the details.
