How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Supervisor, Digital Ad Operations (Trafficker) will join the team to drive effective campaign management for our digital and streaming portfolio, encompassing platforms like Disney+.
This role involves partnering with our local and regional team to provide outstanding service to our Ad Sales teams, who are responsible for selling media space on TWDC properties across Latin America.
The Supervisor, Digital Ad Operations (Trafficker) tracks the daily performance and optimization of campaigns and analyzes and reports on their performance. This team also collaborates closely with various internal teams supporting the TWDC digital business.
The Supervisor, Digital Ad Operations (Trafficker) will be responsible for:
- Implement and ensure the effective execution of streaming and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with the regional Ad Operations team on the daily priorities.
- Provide daily updates on campaign status and constructive feedback and optimizations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate campaigns to ensure optimal pacing and performance.
- Deliver exceptional client service.
- Identify and escalate any troubleshooting issues as needed.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in similar roles, in digital media implementation and ad trafficking. Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business strategy teams.
- Proficiency in working in all advertising related ad serving and ad management tools, including but not limited to: Google Ad Manager and Operative 1
- Strong background in leading cross-functional projects across regional markets.
- Advanced level of English.
