As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be at the forefront of crafting visually engaging and user-focused designs that span digital design, print design, and branding. You will combine creative vision with strategic thinking to deliver designs that are not only beautiful but also functional, accessible, and aligned with client goals.
Your work will extend across digital and print media, with a strong emphasis on designing user interfaces, crafting user experiences, and ensuring brand consistency. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to refine design solutions that communicate effectively, enhance usability, and drive engagement.
Beyond design execution, you will contribute to the refinement of creative processes, provide feedback to team members, and advocate for setting and upholding best practices in design techniques, processes, usability, accessibility, branding, and visual communication.
Responsibilities:
Web and Digital Design Design user interfaces (UI) for websites, web apps, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces. Craft intuitive user pathways, flows, and navigation elements. Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize and refine designs. Create visually engaging animations and micro-interactions. Ensure text, visuals, and multimedia are aligned with design goals.
Branding and Visual Design Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, color schemes, and comprehensive brand guidelines. Design assets for both digital platforms and print materials. Create promotional materials such as banners, direct mail campaigns, and event collateral. Craft designs that align with strategic goals and effectively deliver the intended message.
Content and Information Design Apply information design principles to present complex data and information. Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment between design and content strategies. Optimize designs for readability, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with developers, project managers, and content creators. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers. Partner with developers, printers, and manufacturers to troubleshoot and refine design during implementation.
Accessibility and Usability Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, usability principles, and cross-platform compatibility. Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs accordingly. Optimize designs for performance and user engagement.
Client Interaction Participate in client meetings to present designs, gather feedback, and refine creative direction. Communicate design decisions clearly, providing rationale for creative, technical, and strategic choices. Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional creative solutions.
Activity and Time Tracking Accurately track time and activity for projects using the client’s project management tools. Provide status updates, timelines, and deliverables to project managers and clients.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, web design, and digital media. Proficiency in developing comprehensive brand identities, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines. Proficiency in layout, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
Content and Information Design Proficiency in creating designs that optimize readability and user engagement. Working knowledge of information design principles. Familiarity with data visualization tools or techniques. Familiarity with content strategy, information architecture, and SEO best practices.
Tools and Software Advanced proficiency in design software, such as Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in photo editing and in creating and editing vector graphics and illustrations. Proficiency in image file optimization, including selecting appropriate file formats. Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools. Working knowledge of animation and motion design tools, like Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar software.
General Skills Proficiency in applying design best practices, workflows, and processes. Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools.
