Role Objective:
The Sr. Business Intelligence & Planner will support the Key Account Management team with product planning, logistics, reporting, and sales support for the assigned country group. This role also reports dotted-line to the Regional SVP and is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing key business data across Latin America, including inventory, sales, pricing, and promotional tracking.
They will be the main owner of forecasts, demand planning, and sales analysis, consolidating retail performance reports into regional insights used for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly/monthly sales and product planning reports with KAMs.
- Consolidate and submit monthly sell-in/sell-thru forecasts.
- Lead monthly forecast submission and demand planning process.
- Analyze value chain of current and potential products.
- Provide SKU-level inventory and demand reports.
- Support P&L and country budget reporting.
- Coordinate with regional/local purchasing, logistics and finance teams.
- Collect retailer data and consolidate weekly sell-thru into a central database.
- Manage multiple data lists and systems.
- Conduct audits and ensure high-quality data management.

Requirements:
Degree or advanced student in Business, Finance, or related field.- 2+ years of relevant experience in planning or sales analysis.
- Consumer electronics or FMCG experience is a plus.
- Knowledge in demand planning and inventory management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Intermediate/Advanced English.
- Strategic thinker, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
