Monks is looking for a dynamic individual who really gets the advertising game, has killer analytical skills, and gets a kick out of boosting business growth through smart marketing moves. As our Brand Strategist, you'll dive into trends, snoop around competitive brands and tech, and cook up some seriously savvy recommendations to help our clients hit their goals.
You will play a pivotal role in helping our clients grow their loyalty programs and e-mail marketing strategies designed to encourage customer retention and repeat business by rewarding customers for their continued patronage through discounts, points, or exclusive benefits.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate when crafting engaging strategies.
- Spot opportunities within wider creative ideas.
- Present ideas comprehensively to clients and colleagues, confidently explaining and supporting your thinking.
Experience you already have:
- A social native, active across a multitude of platforms.
- Demonstrate passion for socially-led creative thinking.
- 2+ years of proven work experience in strategy positions.
- Experience working on brave, innovative brands, looking to push cultural boundaries.
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior, and adapting content plans to address the needs of the community.
- Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) strategies, retail touchpoints, or in-store marketing to drive conversions.
- Experience working with loyalty programs and e-mail MKT strategies. .
- A great team player.
