- Team Leadership: Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of 5+ people in a sales environment. You know how to set goals, monitor progress, and drive team performance through training and daily supervision.
- Sales Experience: Solid background in B2C sales. Experience with the US and Canadian markets is a strong advantage. You know how to handle incoming leads, build trust, and convert conversations into sales.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements to boost results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Team Supervision & Training: Lead, mentor, conduct trainings and develop the sales team to maximize performance and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Outreach: Make an average of 55 calls daily to a warm base of potential customers, building strong relationships and identifying sales opportunities. Maintain a high standard of customer communication and lead by example in meeting conversion targets.
- Assessment: Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of our services.

- CRM Management: Accurately maintain records in our CRM system. Monitor lead stages, update statuses, and ensure data cleanliness and transparency for reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Identify blockers in real-time, support team in resolving complex customer inquiries, and escalate technical issues when needed.
- Analytics: Review performance data daily, highlight trends or red flags, and collaborate with leadership on improving processes and scripts.
- Customer Experience Focus: Ensure that each client interaction is professional, empathetic, and geared toward a solution — whether you or your team are on the call.
What You Will Get:
