About the Team

The Market Operations team oversees the launch strategy and deployment of Worldcoin across all markets. This group drives user adoption by managing partnerships, business development, and or distribution on the ground.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Go-to-Market execution in Argentina and collaborates closely with cross functional teams, to ensure global and local alignment and operational excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-focused Leader to drive the growth of our commercial efforts in Argentina. This person will play a key role in two key go-to-market initiatives in Argentina —Orbs for All (merchant-hosted Orb deployments) and World ID Rewards (merchant-sponsored offers and loyalty campaigns for verified users). The ideal candidate combines sales leadership, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of how to scale distributed networks.

You’ll be directly responsible for hitting merchant acquisition targets, leading a lean sales team (initially contractor-based), and partnering cross-functionally with Product, Device, Logistics and the broader Market Ops org to implement at speed while ensuring compliance and consistency.

This is a foundational role in one of World’s most strategic markets, and an opportunity to shape how Argentine’s experience and adopt our protocol.
