Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about maintaining high-quality standards across digital and print assets. This role requires someone with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of creative production workflows. The QA Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistency and quality of banners, emails, websites, social posts, and mechanicals while contributing to process improvements and tool optimizations.
What you’ll do
- Execute functional and editorial testing across digital and print assets, including static and dynamic banners, emails, mechanicals (digital and print), websites, and social posts (e.g., Facebook and Instagram ads).
- Identify, document, and report defects and inconsistencies clearly and concisely.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Track and verify the resolution of reported issues, ensuring successful implementation of fixes.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to meet established standards and specifications.
- Track and analyze content quality metrics, generating reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate the performance of creative production tools, identifying areas for optimization and maintaining documentation on best practices.
- Actively participate in team meetings, collaborating with designers, developers, content managers, and other teams to ensure a consistent production process.
- Provide training and support on quality assurance best practices to team members.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving quality assurance processes and workflows.
What you’ll need
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within digital advertising, marketing, or creative production environments.
- Advanced level of English, with excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills (all tested pieces are in English).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and design, with the ability to identify visual inconsistencies or design-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking systems.
- Familiarity with email testing platforms such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
- General understanding of HTML.
- Experience with cross-browser testing tools like Browserstack.
- Knowledge of Studio tools (e.g., Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate for HTML5 banners).
