Your day to day...
- Lead, implement, and follow up industrial and market projects related to Quality.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Analyze problems, identify risks, and escalate critical issues to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct risk assessments at each stage of the project, identifying potential threats to quality, timing, cost, or resources, and manufacturing delivery KPIs, and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
- Document and regularly update risk analyses and associated preventive actions.
- Take full ownership and responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish
Who we are looking for...
- University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, etc
- 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple areas: Operations, Planning, PPMD, Supply Chain, and Foreign Trade.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project (mandatory)
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or WCM will be a plus
