Main Purpose
- Co-create, develop, and execute Data Analytics and automation projects aligned with the CFO area's strategic objectives.
- Provides leadership and technical oversight for the respective plant to ensure all safety, environmental and quality standards are met.
- Identifies and promotes continuous improvement in these areas.
- Responsible for the personal development and mentoring of all personnel within the respective plant and partners across the site to engage, develop and retain employees.
- Optimizes people's performance and development by coaching and mentoring employees, facilitating resources, required training and recognizing positive performance results.
- Networks with other Plant Managers to identify, share and implement best practices that are agreed upon for the benefit of the business and site.
- Drives cost performance on conversion, maintenance and usage (yield) in comparison to the budget and COGM development and identifies and implements improvements to deliver cost reductions.
- Ensure budgets, schedules and performance requirements are met.
- Responsible for the technical and behavioral training plan for engineers and supervisors.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining engineering standards, maintenance, health, environment and safety of all units under his/her responsibility.
- Leads the transformation of production organization to a lean manufacturing culture (OnePSS) of continuous improvement.
Unlock your potential
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Chemistry, or a related field preferred).
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental legislation.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
