Meet your Team

As part of GFS (Global Finance Success), the O2I (Order-2-Invoice) team supports the processes for the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License, Support and Consulting Services contracts and invoices starting with the receipt of signed contracts, assuring correct reflection of customer contracts and invoicing, leading to accelerated cash for SAP.


The O2I Global Admin Support team will focus on the compliance and administrative support for the organization, making sure that our records and structures healthiness is in line with the company expectations. The team will be structured around our delivery hub locations (Manila, Prague, Buenos Aires) and will have a dynamic work environment with extensive review and audit processes that requires significant attention to detail and high work ethics. The team is considered as an entry point to some of the core processes and teams within the O2I department with significant development opportunities as a result.


What you’ll do


  • Coordinate and guide a robust project portfolio of improvements, operational & project needs while maintaining licensing requirements and compliance at its core.
  • Develop and nurture collaborative relationships within all the relevant parties and stakeholders in post of successful delivery of SAP objectives.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate presentation of quality review results to executives, provide consolidated and holistic view of business requirements and assist in defining the golden standard with regards to O2I processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for external and internal business requirements with regards to improvements, ideas and feedback.
  • Be the O2I product owner related to relevant core processes with relevant up- and downstream processes and teams, consolidating business and operational needs, and execution on improvements.
  • Contribute to and drive strategic and operational core projects from an E2E impact perspective, assessing and steering operational execution in line with relevant steering measures and strategic goals.


What you bring


  • Minimum 5-7 years of working experience with preferred experience in leadership roles (team lead, SPOC, functional lead, CoE, etc.).
  • NGL, SLDP, GLDP, FFL and other leadership development programs preferred.
  • Finance/Accounting Orientation: Bachelor’s degree related to Finance/Legal (Business Administration, Law, Accounting, etc.)
  • Effective communication and people-oriented profile.
  • Handling of 3rd party products and license handling experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in effective project coordination, execution and deliverables.
  • Advanced English: Proficiency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders around the globe.
  • IT Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong network and relationship management skills to make sure deliverables are executed and approvals are secured.
  • Strong marketing and presentation skills to present outcomes, initiate change management activities and drive success.
