Position
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Marketing Plan of the brand following the International guidelines and at the same time, answering the local commercial needs through the implementation of tactical marketing animations.
- Strong relationship with HQ and regional teams.
- Responsible of marketing activities, promotional plans, trade implementations & PR events in order to achieve MS objectives by brand/axe/line, working closely with sales department (sell out & sell in).
- In charge of the local communication strategy working side by side with media, PR & BTL external agencies.
- Permanent interaction & negotiation with retailers and suppliers.
- Responsible for E-Retail communication and activations, achieving targets and KPI’s.
- Execution and follow up of all the budget lines (A&P) under Mkt & trade management.
- Regular analysis of market research to identify opportunities and propose additional action plans.
- In charge of forecasting (regular & novelties + POP material) aligned with Brand guidelines.
- Monthly preparation of commercial meetings, to present novelties, results and communication plans to the commercial teams.
- Prepare monthly reports to HQ offices.
- Closed relationship & interaction with Sell out staff.
- In charge of setting the right priorities to the team and the proper organization in order to deal with the daily workload and objectives achievements, looking always for the people motivation, coaching and development.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in retail & e-retail. Experienced in beauty market will be valued. Omni-channel mindset is a must.
- Strongly motivated for luxury and Customer Experience.
- University degree in MKT, Administration.
