We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide basic technical assistance and support to our users. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in IT with a passion for problem-solving and technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist with installation and setup of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot basic issues with Windows, MS Office, and internet connectivity.
- Reset passwords, manage user accounts, and support email setup.
- Log issues in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
- Provide remote or onsite support to employees.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networking.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.

Pay: $271,100.00 - $281,100.00 per day
