Are you a musician who knows a lot of other talented musicians? el-live Productions is looking for a recruiter to help us find new music talent in Argentina.
Your job is to find and talk to great musicians and singers who are ready for a job playing music in other countries.
This job is not a normal salary. You will earn money for each musician you find who we hire. We will pay you US$150 for every musician you find who joins our team.
Your responsibilities:
- Find good musicians who can play different types of music.
- Talk to them directly to check their skills.
- Build a list of musicians in your area.
- Send us their contact information and videos or recordings of them playing.
Who we are looking for:
- You are a musician yourself or have musical background.
- You are good at finding talented people.
- You like to help other musicians get good jobs.
- Basic English speaking and writing.
