Job Description
Responsabilities:
- You will coordinate the entire Own Solution eCommerce environment (platform, online payment, digital marketing agency, logistics providers).
- You will create a technical support team and coordinate their activities.
- You will coordinate third-party resources and suppliers on daily operations.
- You will suggest website interface improvements and coordinate the development tasks list to assure delivery deadlines are accomplished.
- You will elaborate presentations and implement actions with dealers to improve sales along with GM commercial team.
- You will be responsible for dealer engagement and their sales performance.
- You will provide business strategy (business case) aiming to optimize profits.
- You will provide reports with key metrics and unique consolidated presentations to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Strong Aftersales business knowledge - business analytics, e-commerce marketing/ads solutions (SEM and SEO), automotive and Dealership Network.
- You have a deep understanding of BI tools: Excel, Reporting Tool Consumption (Cognos, Tableau), Power BI.
- You thrive in a collaborative and diverse atmosphere.
- You can lead meetings, speak to business partners and stakeholders in Spanish and English. Understanding of Portuguese will be considered a plus.
- Available to work in Vicente López, Buenos Aires Argentina in a hybrid format (3 times a week in person: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
