The Time & Expenses (T&E) team is a data-driven function that transforms recorded time into revenue, chargeability, and billing. We enable payroll and expense reimbursements through a seamless employee experience, safeguard Accenture from risk, and provide strategic insights—while showcasing our capabilities as a key credential to our clients. We are looking for a person who will be responsible for for assisting the FPA T&E myTE Manager in supporting ongoing multiple T&E initiatives. Main responsibilities are:
- Evaluating requirements and end-to-end process impacts by applying process experience toward gap analysis, test, development and continuous improvement of processes:
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Support identification and development of gap documentation and assist in gap resolution
- Work with various initiative representatives to establish the global design
- Contribute to development of best practices, reports, forms, templates, and other tools
- Develop impact assessments for fixes, updates, and enhancements across initiatives
- Create, develop and maintain initiative specific position papers and status reports
- Support communication based on T&E impacts or procedures to be implemented within the various initiatives
- Provide test data, develop and execute test scripts and scenarios and participate in testing of fixes across all initiatives
- Support, investigate and evaluate ongoing requirements for all initiatives for master data and configuration changes
- Assist in evaluating new options for the time and expense reporting process
