Tonic3 is looking for a Part-Time Analytics Manager/Analyst to join our team. We are seeking a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with digital analytics tools to support decision-making and optimize performance across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and analyze digital analytics to provide actionable insights.
Track and measure KPIs to evaluate campaign and website performance.
Implement and maintain tags, events, and tracking codes.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Prepare clear and concise reports for stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Google Suite tools, including:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Google Search Console
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have:
Experience with additional analytics or BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with SEO metrics and digital marketing fundamentals.
Previous experience working in agile environments.
