As a Trainee Workday Integrations Consultant in Kainos, you will be creating integrated solutions for the Workday system (https://www.kainosworksmart.com). You will be responsible for quickly defining problems and customer needs, and then proposing appropriate solutions and their implementation. This role gives great independence in designing solutions and a variety of tasks. Remote contact with the client allows for quick communication and the possibility of dynamic project development.
It’s a perfect opportunity for you if:
you like working with people;
you know at least one object-oriented language and have been programming for some time, but programming alone is not enough for you;
you know or want to learn about solutions based on Cloud Computing technologies, general rules of software testing, and you have had the opportunity to work with databases;
you are fluent in English (at least B2 level)
you like close cooperation with the client - including high-level managers
you want to build a portfolio of completed projects in cooperation with prestigious companies from the Fortune 500 ranking - thanks to that getting to know how business works from the inside;
you like a variety of tasks and a lot of independence at work and you know how to organize your day
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, XSD; experience with projects using WebServices, Cloud Computing, and databases will be an asset.

Your onboarding:
You will spend the first month in your new role on intensive specialized training, covering both technical issues and those related to your personal development (presentation skills, cooperation with the client, fluent communication). You will work with a mentor who will individually introduce you to the specifics of your work so that after this time you're ready to begin your project.
Your development:
In the future, you can be promoted to the position of a Senior Consultant, who is involved in independently running large integration projects for prestigious clients from around the world. You can become a person fully responsible for designing and planning integration for a given client. You will have free technical supervision over the entire project and a team of several people to look after. You will work with high-level managers, building contacts and a good reputation.
