Eramine Sudamérica SA is a subsidiary of Eramet, a French global mining and metallurgical group. It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in Salta, Argentina.
Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating, providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities :
The tasks representing the major responsibilities of the position are as follows:
• Develop and execute talent strategies that identify and acquire top diverse talent
• Identify and attract the best talent in the mining industry company for many different roles in Argentina
• Articulate and implement recruitment strategies
• Leverage existing talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities
• Lead strategic sourcing and recruitment for senior and specialist roles
• Develop long-term talent engagement plans with passive candidates.
• Develop, drive, and manage strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBP to ensure successful placements
• Represent Eramet in high-level events, university programs, and industry networks.
• Coach and mentor junior talent acquisition colleagues in modern headhunting techniques.
• Align closely with Paris HQ and global TA team to ensure talent strategy coherence.
• Interweave Eramet’s Talent Management strategies with our Equity, Inclusion and Diversity efforts.
About you:
• Degree in human resources
• 7-10 years of experience in recruitment or executive search.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, CRM/ATS.
• Industry knowledge in at least one of the following: energy, engineering, mining, industrial.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
