Description
We are seeking a globally-oriented, self-motivated Junior Project Manager with a Finance or Accounting background and experience in ERP or SaaS implementations. You’ll help our customers thrive by ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous success with Gappify’s accounting automation platform. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in SaaS project management with mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to world-class companies. We’re looking for someone who is committed to growing with us and staying in this role for at least 18 months.
What You Will Do:
- Manage multiple enhancements/implementation and configuration projects (Mostly Netsuite) to deliver measurable value to clients.
- Directly coordinate and communicate with clients — the majority based in the U.S. — throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead UAT and support post-Go-Live enhancements and feature request tracking.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and maintain transparent stakeholder communications.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed.
- Build a strong understanding of Gappify’s accounting automation platform and confidently guide clients in its use.
- Continuously develop skills and stay current on internal tools, processes, and best practices.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or academic background in project management, business, finance, or technology.
- Finance or accounting background is required.
- Experience with ERP or SaaS platform implementation (Netsuite, Oracle, SAP) is strongly preferred.
- B2 English proficiency or higher (CEFR standard) — excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a remote, global team.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Communication skills: With IELTS certification or Berlitz B Level
