Latino Legends is hiring on behalf of a high-growth digital marketing agency that serves one of the most competitive—and fastest-growing—niches in the U.S.: legal services for the Hispanic market. This agency helps ambitious law firms dominate their local markets through full-funnel marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads, intake, and culturally relevant creative.
Their clients are smart, skeptical attorneys who’ve been burned by traditional agencies. They win them over through expertise, results, and a relentless focus on growth.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and level up a team of Account Executives and Appointment Setters. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in high-performance, high-rejection sales environments—someone who can manage pipeline rigor while keeping morale and momentum strong.
What You'll Own
Team Leadership & Coaching
Manage and coach a remote team of Account Executives selling to attorneys nationwide
Lead 1:1s that focus on pipeline health, objection handling, and deal strategy
Foster a winning mindset while holding the team accountable to KPIs
Quota & Performance Management
Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets for both individuals and the team
Monitor activity metrics, appointments booked, show rates, close rates, and revenue per AE
Drive process discipline with agility to adapt to pipeline realities
Forecasting & Reporting
Lead weekly forecast meetings with accuracy and insight
Report on pipeline health, win/loss trends, and AE performance
Build and refine reporting systems as the team scales
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and handoffs
Provide insights that improve targeting, messaging, and sales velocity
Hiring & Team Development
Recruit and ramp top-tier sales talent
Define success profiles and build training programs that drive quick onboarding
Set clear performance standards and address gaps swiftly
Culture & Motivation
Maintain energy and momentum in a fast-paced, high-rejection sales environment
Reinforce values of growth, focus, and truth-seeking
Step in decisively when coaching is needed
What You Bring
3–5+ years of proven B2B sales leadership, ideally in marketing, SaaS, or services
Experience managing 3–10 AEs and scaling a team from early-stage to maturity
Confidence selling to skeptical, high-trust buyers like attorneys or consultants
Strong sales philosophy for 1:1s, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and accountability
Data-driven with a bias for action and performance
Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills
What Success Looks Like
30 Days: You’ve diagnosed the current process, earned trust, and established clear standards
90 Days: You're running consistent 1:1s, accurate forecasts, and enforcing KPIs
6 Months: The team is consistently hitting targets, reps are growing, and sales is a well-oiled machine
