Based in Argentina, CABA, this position is the resource point for all communications to and from the Sales force through interfacing with various departments, particularly Sales. Working closely with the Global Trade Sr. Manager, this position is responsible for follow up of the education program, keep updated communication with main agencies and doing the annual reconciliation of customer’s investment to pay annual agreements of main agencies. Responsible for daily business data queries and supply forecasts; having also contact with other areas such as Legal, Cogs & Revenue Recognition, Sales Administration, Billing and Collections.
Main Responsabilities:
- Support the Commercial team with projections and main agencies investments.
- Annual investment reconciliation (more than 190 agreements, LatAm only)
- Monitor Trade Assistant daily work.
- Supporting the Global Trade Supervisor with Regional Accounting analysis (P&L variations), when needed.
- Fluid communication/assistant to main Agencies.
- Supporting the Global Trade Supervisor with analysis of sales data and compare with annual targets to estimate rebate cost (Accruals) – Alignment with Annual BUDGET.
- Follow up on education program, assist in new accounts set up and training performance.
- Control of invoices reception (to pay annual rebates) and give instructions to Accounting team to record it in ERP.
- Payment planning (according to invoices/credit memos) received and given instructions to AP/Treasury team.
- Analysis sales data integrity, comparing monthly delivery report with agencies revenue and reconciliations; finding pain points to be resolved with Rev & Cogs recognition team.
Skills and experience required:
- English (speaking, reding, writing) – Upper intermediate/Advanced.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in agencies (desirable) and/or data analysis.
- Intermediate Accounting knowledge.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of sales and data analysis matters.
- A well-developed understanding of business issues with the ability to understand and recommend constructive solutions to complex issues.
- Advanced Excel knowledge (SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Power Bi and/or Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent judgment and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be a solution-oriented team player, who can work independently, but collaboratively, in a Trade Department within a cross-functional, cross-cultural, and international business environment.
- Must be committed to helping management achieve the company’s business objectives in a timely and practical manner.
