Support others with data collection, preparation of recommendations, and execution of trade marketing activities.
About the Role
Ensure compliance with the execution activities at the point of sale of the channel and assigned regions.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the proper execution of the POS and develop knowledge of the channel and the Shopper, to detect opportunities, execute tactical actions to ensure compliance with the objectives and provide relevant information to the Channel Coordinator.
- Communicate and teach the assigned channel merchandisers team the portfolio strategy and strategic guidelines of the brands (Photo of Success).
- Manage visibility indicators (activations, planogram, pricing, share of shelf and inventory).
- Ensure the correct implementation of the brands' promotional activities.
- Ensure that the outsourcing team is trained in the fundamental sales guidelines (assortment, merchandising, pricing, POS space).
- Follow up on the tools assigned for the development of activities, seeking the optimization of resources and processes.
- Collaborate in the correct distribution of the products, as well as the fulfillment of the sales objectives in the assigned area, reinforcing the execution activities.
- Provide timely information on the activities of the competition.
- Participate in the development and execution of projects and tactical improvement plans in the channel to which he/she was assigned.
Who You Are
- Professional with a degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or similar careers with 2 years of experience in similar positions in mass consumption companies.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel for information analysis.
- Knowledge in administration and project management.
