📚 Formación deseada:

• Carreras afines a Administración, Recursos Humanos, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Industrial o similares.

• Formación complementaria en experiencia del empleado, gestión del cambio o cultura organizacional (deseable).
   

💼 Experiencia previa:

• Experiencia en roles de facilities, workplace management, office management o experiencia del empleado.

• Coordinación de proveedores, manejo de presupuestos y administración de oficinas.

• Participación activa en iniciativas de engagement, onboarding o bienestar.
   

🧠 Habilidades clave:

• Visión centrada en la experiencia del empleado.

• Alta orientación al detalle y a la eficiencia operativa.

• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y coordinar con distintos equipos.

• Comunicación clara, empática y eficaz.

• Capacidad de análisis para proponer mejoras proactivas.

• Dominio de herramientas colaborativas (Google Workspace, Excel, Workday, etc.).
