At PwC, our people in risk and compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice, and solutions. They help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.Those in enterprise risk management at PwC will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organisation's operations and objectives. You will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success in the importance of risk management and quality to the firm, including:
Having an understanding of risk management policies, as well as the engagement lifecycle and related policies and processes;
Leading or facilitating complex engagement matters and consultations with appropriate OFRO counterparts, along with engagement leaders and teams;
Exhibiting presentation, communication and listening skills to work effectively with engagement leaders and other engagement team members;
Demonstrating strong attention to detail;
Demonstrating commitment and persistence to follow through on issues to get to the right answer;
Performing engagement compl ian c e reviews with quality and accuracy;
Having willingness to learn risk management, quality and independence policies and guidance, and the application of these policies and guidance to new strategies, services and related initiatives;
Reviewing engagement documentation and providing feedback to team members as part of the secondary review process; and
Helping to on-board and train new ECR team members.
Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Working independently, and collaborating with colleagues toward the quality completion of tasks/projects, while keeping supervisors apprised of progress and escalating matters as appropriate ;
Prioritizing multiple, concurrent activities that balance the need between supporting staff and completing their own responsibilities;
Ability to communicate confidently and concisely to colleagues and engagement leaders/teams;
Generating innovative ideas on how to function more effectively and efficiently; and
Managing and mentoring multiple team members .
Advanced English skills in both verbal and written communications are essential.
