Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy execution aligned with lifecycle and brand objectives
- Design and challenge tactical plans to ensure strategic alignment
- Support tactical execution with cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor and analyze budget performance and ensure financial accuracy
- Achieve sales targets through effective marketing and operational support
- Track market share growth across disease areas
- Ensure full compliance in tactic development and execution
- Leverage digital and multichannel tools to enhance brand visibility
- Communicate effectively across teams to support brand initiatives
- Own financial deliverables including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong operations and project management capabilities
- Deep understanding of standard operating procedures and compliance
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate plans into execution
- Fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams
