Product Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Specialist to support our sales and operations teams with pricing, quoting, and vendor coordination. This is a critical role that ensures our product data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with job requirements.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update pricing spreadsheets for all vendors.
- Gather and organize v1 prices for all sales support tickets.
- Proactively request monthly price updates and availability from suppliers.
- Monitor vendor behavior and generate quotes
- Review job details to identify special order requirements.
- Maintain a clear and current list of vendor sourcing by item.
- Flag low inventory levels.
- Weekly review of job profitability reports to identify pricing or margin anomalies.
What You Bring
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel).
- Excellent math abilities and attention to numerical detail.
- Ability to critically assess job requirements and product specifications.
- A proactive mindset—you're always one step ahead when it comes to price changes and supply needs.
- Solid communication in English for vendor and team coordination.
Nice to Have
- Experience with product quoting or procurement in construction or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with job profitability tracking.
