We’re currently looking for a Mid-Level Recruiter, passionate about connecting talent with purpose, to join our Recruitment team and support our continued growth.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from sourcing and screening to extending final offers.
- Recruit primarily coding instructors and sales representatives for our operations in Mexico and Spain.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assess both technical and soft skills.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamtailor to run efficient processes.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers across different time zones, proposing tailored sourcing strategies and process improvements.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, conversion rates, etc.).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and suggest ideas to enhance candidate experience and internal recruitment processes.
- You’ll report directly to the Recruitment Lead, based in Spain.
What we’re looking for

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments).
- C1 level of English minimum (you’ll work with international teams and assess candidates' English skills).
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, interview techniques, recruitment metrics, and stakeholder management.
- Strong self-management, organizational, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
