This Position reports to:

Marketing & Sales Manager


In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the LV Systems sales and marketing strategies for the LATAM region. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.

Reporting to the Global Sales & Marketing Manager LVS, you will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the marketing and sales team.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Low Voltage Systems business in Latin America.

This role is open globally, but location is set in the LATAM region in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Cile, Colombia.

The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.

  • Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).

  • Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels.

  • Building and managing an effective, capable and highly performing Marketing & Sales organization, supporting all customer facing activities, such as sales, marketing, prescription, tendering, project management and order handling activities.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of commercial leadership experience, managing sales and marketing teams, with strong knowledge of both system and product businesses.

  • Proven success in developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies, including leading large sales deals and driving business growth.

  • Strong leadership in building high-performing, geographically diverse teams, with a focus on organizational capabilities, systems, and a culture of excellence.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business, fluency in English, and a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and intercultural skills.
