YOUR TASKS
Liderar y ejecutar planes estratégicos con clientes clave, impulsando crecimiento rentable y cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
Ser el socio estratégico del cliente, negociando acuerdos de alto impacto y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Optimizar la inversión comercial y potenciar la presencia de nuestras marcas en el punto de venta con estrategias ganadoras.
Garantizar un flujo de abastecimiento eficiente, gestionando inventarios y variables logísticas críticas.
Desarrollar y motivar al equipo, brindando liderazgo, coaching y visión para alcanzar el siguiente nivel de desempeño.
Analizar resultados y liderar la colaboración con marketing, trade y otras áreas para maximizar el valor de cada cuenta.
YOUR PROFILE
Formación académica: Profesional en Comercialización, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima: 3+ años gestionando cuentas, preferentemente en Mayoristas.
Competencias clave: Orientación a resultados y pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo, organización. Tolerancia a la frustración.
Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
