Ecolab is seeking a Credit and Rebill/Billing Intern to join its Global Business Services team, which provides administrative back-office services to Ecolab offices around the world.

What You Will Do:

• Booking of CCR US and Canada transactions into SAP.

• Provide support to internal inquiries.

• Comply with company policies, approval matrix, processes and values.

• Responsible to contribute towards achieving the Credit and Rebill/Billing NA metrics, as defined in the Service Level Agreement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program.

• English (Intermediate and up)

• Microsoft Office Package (Excel - Intermediate)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, with a concentration in Business Administration or similar.

• Process oriented.

• Ability to analyze data.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
