The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Financial Strategy and Planning team you shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful financial planning initiatives. As a Manager you shall guide the execution of our financial planning strategy, maintaining a client-centric approach that supports PwC's goals and vision.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Assurance client service teams. Foster stronger client relationships through clear communication
- Strong skillset in engagement economics, forecasting, financial planning & operational monitoring.
- Support / exposure to partners & team leaders
- Will have responsibilities in coaching a Team but will have no direct reports. Guide teams in implementing client-centric financial planning strategies
- Lead the development and execution of financial planning initiatives
- Confirm alignment with PwC's strategic goals and vision
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to maintain quality
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning methodologies
- Utilize technology to enhance financial planning processes
What You Must Have
- Education: Bachelor in CPA, Economy or other financial related . USGAAP.
- Experience: +4-5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning. Leadership.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports
- Developing and executing controls and procedures
- Managing preparation of financial statements
- Recommending solutions to process/system changes
- Completing ad hoc assignments/projects
- Providing strategic and operational planning support
- Establishing metrics and monitoring departmental efficiency
- Coaching, training, and leading teams
- Digital tools: MSOffice mandatory and SAP4Hanna is a plus.
