We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Design, Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python (or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in Data Integration/Ingestion, Data Transformations and Data Modeling for Analytical end-products
- Knowledge of how Databricks is utilized for Data Processing and building resilient Data Pipelines
- Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
