What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative (Fuel Card Program), you will be the voice of our brand, supporting and strengthening relationships with trucking companies across the USA. Your role will include:
- Assisting new and existing clients with inquiries about our fuel card services
- Providing product information, onboarding guidance, and troubleshooting assistance
- Managing inbound and follow-up communication (calls, emails, etc.) professionally
- Identifying customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions
- Maintaining accurate client records using CRM tools
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and support growth
- Meeting daily service metrics and contributing to team KPIs

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting US-based clients or working in a BPO/remote environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple systems
- Must have a reliable laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, and a headset

Pay: $650,000.00 - $800,000.00 per month
