The Position
To contribute to the efficient operation of the Commercial Operations area for Human Pharma in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay by acquiring and applying technical knowledge and practical skills in real work environments. This is achieved by providing operational and analytical support in the management of medical samples, CRM tools (such as Veeva, Salesforce, Planit, SAMPRO, and Csv Data Loader), and collaborating with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams, with the goal of enhancing the intern’s professional experience and adding value to the business.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Increase proficiency in modern technologies to support career orientation and identify potential areas of specialization.
- Assist the Commercial Operations team for Human Pharma in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
- Monitor and follow up on the distribution of medical samples and performance metrics.
- Provide CRM support to users, including tools such as Veeva, Salesforce, Planit, SAMPRO, and Csv Data Loader.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Participate in processes related to distribution, handling of medical samples, Excel programming, and CRM system support.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled students in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Previous experience in similar roles (desirable).
