What the day will look like
- Analyze and administer employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate vendor performance and manage relationships.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making.
- Educate employees on benefits offerings and resolve escalated issues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in Benefits/Total Rewards
- Advanced English skills
- Strong communication skills and passionate about achieving goals
- Knowledge of Office tools.
