What you'll do
As a WordPress Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality websites that deliver exceptional user experiences.
You will translate our clients' visions into functional and impressive digital realities, primarily using the Elementor page builder, while working closely with our digital strategists and project managers. This role is about mastering a leading-edge tool to deliver exceptional results efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and customizing responsive WordPress websites, with a primary focus on the Elementor and Elementor Pro ecosystem.
- Making targeted adjustments and adding custom functionalities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Elementor's capabilities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement web solutions.
- Ensuring seamless website functionality and a perfect user experience across different browsers and devices.
- Optimizing website performance and accessibility, ensuring fast load times and adherence to modern standards.
- Integrating third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the WordPress and Elementor community.
What You Will Work With:
- Must-Have: In-depth knowledge of Elementor & Elementor Pro (including its theme builder, widgets, and dynamic content features). Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for styling adjustments. A good understanding of JavaScript for adding interactivity. A solid grasp of the WordPress platform and familiarity with website performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
- Nice to Have: Basic understanding of PHP and the structure of WordPress themes. Experience with plugins like Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and their integration with Elementor. Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Knowledge of on-page SEO principles and experience with Git.
Experience you'll bring
- At least 2 years of experience building websites with WordPress, with a strong portfolio of projects built using Elementor.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Elementor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for creating clean, modern, and user-friendly web experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bonus: Experience with PHP, ACF, Figma/Adobe XD, and SEO best practices.
