Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences, with a strong interest in user-centered design. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow and learn in a collaborative environment, contributing to the ideation, design, and delivery of innovative solutions.
What you’ll do
- Assist in planning and executing user research to gather actionable insights that inform design decisions.
- Participate in initial analyses to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for intuitive user experiences.
- Help identify usability and design issues, proposing solutions to optimize user interactions.
- Contribute to the creation of user flows, site maps, wireframes, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate on defining information architecture and navigation for logical and seamless user journeys.
- Apply design systems and brand style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across projects.
- Design visually appealing and accessible user interfaces optimized for various devices and contexts.
- Prepare and deliver design assets and detailed specifications to maintain quality standards.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, co-creation workshops, and internal or client design reviews.
- Communicate design ideas and decisions effectively, incorporating constructive feedback.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure correct implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design, interaction design, and brand experience.
- Seek opportunities to develop new skills and grow professionally.
What you’ll need
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related fields (specialized UX/UI bootcamps or courses are highly valued).
- English: Intermediate or advanced level (reading and comprehension).
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing creative abilities, including academic or personal projects.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience (academic, personal projects, internships, or freelance) in UX/UI design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in interface design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with UX concepts and principles.
