In this role, you will be responsible for:

CRM Requirement Intake
Participate in meetings with stakeholders alongside the Product Owner to gather CRM-related needs. Take detailed notes and assist in formalizing and submitting campaign or feature requirements to the CRM team. -
Support CRM Campaign Creation
Collaborate with Product Owner and local teams to support the development and execution of email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns. Ensure timely follow-ups for content approvals and alignment with brand guidelines. -
Monitor and Report on Campaign Performance
Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Prepare performance reports to highlight insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

- Student in the final year of a Bachelor's program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Passion for creativity, storytelling, and innovation
- Available to commit part-time for the duration of the interim
- Advanced level of English
