Role Description
The Talent Architecture Analyst plays a key role within the Careers team, which is part of the broader Rewards, Performance, and Careers Team. As part of the team, your role is pivotal to the success of the HR priority of Intelligent Skills & Careers. This priority enables the execution of key talent strategies and processes to support our people’s careers with jobs and skills at the center of it.
Your primary role as a Talent Architecture Analyst is to support multiple initiatives focused on simplifying and keeping our skills and specialization data market relevant and flexible. You will use data insights to identify and solve opportunities to improve the skills processes. You will learn about a new HCM platform, Workday Skills Cloud, and complete key operational tasks for this platform. Other activities include working with our business leaders to identify skills, execute reports, and complete skill maintenance tasks.
This person will:
- Strong team player with the ability to cooperate and coordinate effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end Service Management Framework (Service Now), defining, tracking, and delivering as per the defined SLAs.
- Support tracking and processing of ongoing skills and Specialization requests.
- Research and respond to inquiries to the Global Skills and Collections Submission template and discrepancies in data identified by Business Skill Owners.
- Manage monthly cadence of reports, ensuring accuracy in the data and maintaining distribution lists, etc.
- Maintain governance process for the Skills architecture.
- Liaison directly with the Skills Architecture team, escalating issues and identifying solutions for the greater processes and reporting needs.
- Support program management activities, including work planning, and issue and risk management.
- Support change management efforts for key stakeholders/ end users.
- Support the Skills Architecture M/SMs across different Skill & Specialization mappings review.
- Design, plan, and implement process improvement initiatives, including defining the requirements.
- Build the skills to become a Workday subject matter expert by collaborating with CIO and other technology sectors
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Fluency in English. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a global, collaborative environment with teams from different time zones, culture, and levels in the organization
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables are a must)
Knowledge of web and social network apps (WordPress, Yammer, MS Teams, SharePoint, VR).
Knowledge of ServiceNow / Accenture Support.
Facilitation and presentation skills
Data interpretation and visualization
Strong customer service skills
