We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Sr Advisor to join our dynamic team focusing on the Latin American market. The Marketing Specialist will oversee developing and executing marketing strategies & plans for our adult animation offerings. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in marketing, particularly in the entertainment & animation sector, who can effectively collaborate across teams and ensure the brand's integrity and consistency across regions

Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans working coordinately with go-to-market teams. 
• Work closely wih cross-functional teams, including Content, Creative Services, social media, Consumer Products, Ad-Sales, and Communications, maximizing brand and message expansion.
• Safeguard the brand's integrity by overseeing its implementation across all regional initiatives, ensuring consistency with global standards.
• Act as the key contact point for global teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to align regional efforts with global strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, making informed investment decisions to maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies and plans based on KPI reviews to drive optimal results.
• Oversee the strategy for regionally owned and operated media channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze marketing results and metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Identify and support brand synergy opportunities with other company verticals (e.g., Consumer Products, Games, Distribution and Franchises).

Areas of Accountability

This position will be in Buenos Aires but will be accountable for LATAM.

Job Requirements / Skills

Essential

1. Fluent in English

2. 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing within the entertainment industry, with a focus on adult animation preferred.

3.Excellent organizational skills

4. Strong strategic thinking abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving.

5.Ability & flexibility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

6. Proficiency in budget management and performance analysis

7. Ability to follow marketing and communication trends and customer oriented

8. Excellent verbal and written skills in both Spanish and English
