Position: Social Media Manager
Work Timing: 30 Hours
Schedule: Monday- Friday (4hrs Each Day)
Job Type: Part-Time / Contractual Basis (30 hours per week)
Compensation: UP TO 15-19 Canadian dollars $
Location: Remote

JOB OVERVIEW
We're looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager who can not only manage our brand’s presence across platforms but also represent the brand in front of the camera. You’ll develop content strategies, grow engagement, and appear in videos, reels, and campaigns: becoming a key face of our online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube etc.
- Create and publish high-performing video and visual content, including on-camera reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and platform-appropriate content delivery.
- Monitor trends, memes, hashtags, and formats to create timely and viral content.
- Engage with the audience: respond to comments, DMs, and actively participate in community-building.
- Host a Show: Be the face of our live shows or webinars, sharing important insights in an approachable way.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and report insights with suggestions.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and external creators to align content with campaigns.
- Source and manage partnerships with micro/macro influencers as part of wider brand reach.
- Act as a brand ambassador: representing the voice, tone, and personality of the company.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or influencing/content creation.
- Confident on camera: with presence, personality, and a natural speaking tone.
- Availability to commence immediately
- Profficiency in speaking English Language to a Large Audience.
- Strong portfolio of content (show us your TikTok, Reels, or brand social pages).
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong copywriting and creative thinking.
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategy based on insights.
- Paid ad experience (Facebook/Instagram) highly recommended
- Familiarity with UGC (User-Generated Content) workflows
- Must be able to speak English fluently
