Job Description: We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct user research and provide insights to enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through various methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Analyze and interpret research data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to improve user experience.
- Create user personas and journey maps.
- Stay updated with UX research trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HCI, Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX research.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback).
Desirable:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with UX design.
- Knowledge of data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R).
