Join Our Product Team!
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team to partner with different cross-functional teams across the company and provide to our clients the best solutions.
About You:
- Experience Level: Senior Level
- 6+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product vision and priorities.
- Own and manage the product backlog, defining and prioritizing features and enhancements to support E2E marketing operations initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for optimization.
- Drive the delivery of marketing technology solutions that enable campaign execution, lead management, performance analytics, and customer journey automation.
Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements with a focus on improving marketing effectiveness and ROI. - Coordinate with the Marketing team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product initiatives within the marketing operations space.
Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers to align product functionality with Salesforce CRM capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and data flow. - Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and efficient product delivery cycles.
- Advocate for the needs of end-users, ensuring usability and adoption of tools and processes developed or improved.
- Stay current on marketing technology trends and Salesforce capabilities, providing strategic input on how to evolve the product roadmap to meet future needs.
