Job Description


The Senior Paid Advertising Manager is a key leader within our marketing team, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more. This role requires a highly experienced, results-driven professional with a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive measurable growth through data-driven marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-channel paid media strategies, leading high-impact campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align advertising initiatives with broader business goals. They will take full ownership of paid media performance, budget allocation, and ROI optimization, ensuring that campaigns deliver maximum effectiveness and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and manage strategic PPC and paid social media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Local Service Ads (LSAs).
  • Oversee all aspects of paid media execution, including campaign setup, budget management, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and refine data-driven marketing strategies to increase lead generation and brand awareness while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Own the development and execution of paid media plans, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative direction.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance through platforms such as CallRail, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Monitor and enhance Local Service Ads (LSAs) and Google My Business profiles for multiple locations to drive local engagement and lead generation.
  • Provide high-level strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate closely with the broader marketing team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Present data-driven insights and campaign performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.

Salary: USD $1,400 to $3,000


Qualifications


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of success in scaling PPC and paid social media efforts.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SEO optimization and Local Service Ads (LSAs).
  • Advanced proficiency in conversion tracking tools such as CallRail, Zapier, and Outgrow for lead attribution and performance analysis.
  • Google Ads certification is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Litify platform) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise in digital advertising metrics, bidding strategies, budget management, and audience segmentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
  • Strong experience in A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization to maximize conversions.
  • Knowledge of Google My Business, LSAs, and SEO best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Strategic and Analytical Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize large-scale paid media strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable paid media initiatives that align with overall business goals.

Leadership and Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities, with a demonstrated track record of guiding teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
